Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Level III: 5+ years in procurement/contracts administration; federal purchasing procedures experience.
• Level IV: 10+ years; advanced negotiations; federal procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue RFPs for purchases and conduct vendor selection.
• Respond to purchase requisitions with multiple vendor options and analysis.
• Identify terms for vendor agreements and manage change orders.
• Maintain approved vendor lists and ensure EPL/Denied Parties compliance.
• Support proposals and maintain procurement policies and documents.
