Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) is seeking a Procurement Supervisor in Phoenix to oversee all procurement activities, from professional services to construction and equipment purchases. You will manage a team, coordinate with the Office of Procurement Services, and ensure compliance with the Maricopa County Procurement Code and state/federal regulations.

Three years of contract management, procurement, or purchasing experience.
Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., Business Admin, Public Admin, Purchasing, SCM).
Ability to obtain Arizona driver’s license by hire date.
CAPA certification within six months of hire.
One year of supervisory experience.
Experience with public sector contracting; CPPO/CPPB certifications valued.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate activities of procurement staff.
Represent the Department of Transportation in procurement matters with professionalism.
Administer procurement processes and assess risk in solicitations and contracts.
Generate and review contracts, bid evaluations, RFPs, amendments, and related documents.
Create/update procurement policies and provide training.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct audits.
