Job summary

Blue Hat Mechanical, Inc. in Apex, NC, is seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement & Inventory Specialist to keep our warehouse organized and our fleet stocked for every job.

This hands‑on role focuses on purchasing, receiving, inventory counts, and vendor coordination to support our commercial HVAC operations. Training on our systems will be provided, and the ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment to keep technicians equipped

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to manage purchasing, receiving, and inventory processes.

• Comfortable coordinating with technicians, vendors, and office staff.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase supplies, parts, and materials from vendors, comparing pricing and availability.
• Receive deliveries, verify against packing slips, and store materials properly.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and records for parts and tools.
• Organize and manage the warehouse for efficiency and ease of navigation.
• Stock and replenish truck inventory for the fleet of service trucks.
