You will ensure technicians receive the right materials quickly, lead the parts counter, and provide daily support to shop and field teams while upholding safety and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate has HVAC knowledge, strong leadership, and a passion for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• HVAC industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, and shipping.
• Source and purchase HVAC parts, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain inventory controls and cycle counts.
• Lead the parts counter and support service teams.
• Develop vendor relationships and manage supplier performance.
