Job summary

Bluflame Service Co. in Toledo, OH is seeking an HVAC Warehouse & Purchasing Manager to own warehouse operations, procurement, and parts distribution. Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse or inventory management experience in HVAC is preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC components, suppliers, and supply chain standards.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with inventory software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: Lead and oversee all daily warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, material staging, and shipping
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment compliant with company and OSHA standards
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory controls
• Manage logistics coordination for inbound/outbound products
• Purchasing & Procurement: Source and purchase HVAC parts, tools, and equipment to support daily operations
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing
• Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance
• Monitor inventory usage and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly
• Parts Counter Leadership: Act as primary lead of the parts counter to support service and installation teams
• Provide technical parts knowledge and sourcing support to technicians
• Ensure accuracy in parts distribution, returns processing, and inventory handling
• Maintain high levels of internal customer service and reduce technician downtime
