Job summary

A1 Garage Door is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to manage daily material purchasing and cross-functional coordination across markets. You will ensure accurate ordering, tracking through delivery, and receipt in line with company standards to keep material flow steady to warehouses and field technicians.

Responsibilities include PO creation, sourcing, replenishment monitoring, PSO processing, and vendor communications.

Qualifications

1-3 years in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain support; trades, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred.
CRM/ERP system proficiency (ServiceTitan a preferred*)
Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
Clear written and verbal communication across departments and vendors.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

Purchasing & Order Execution: Create and manage purchase orders (POs); source materials; monitor replenishment; process PSO requests; track shipments; confirm deliveries and PO closeout; onboard new technicians with initial replenishment.
Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers; report delivery issues; maintain positive vendor relationships.
Cross-Functional Support: Partner with Warehouse Leads and Inventory Manager; follow purchasing SOPs; provide feedback on recurring order issues.
