A1 Garage Door Service is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, optimize inventory flow, and drive demand planning across multiple departments. You will own execution and strategy, ensuring service levels and efficient distribution to support growth.

The role requires 5+ years in warehousing or related fields, with 2+ years in leadership. Proficiency in ServiceTitan and MS Office is preferred, and candidates should be able to lift 25-50 lbs in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory management (FIFO, cycle counts, replenishment).

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inspection, and documentation of all inbound inventory.
• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Manage delivery coordination.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and vehicles.
• Manage inventory in this market and allocate/distribute based on demand trends.
• Coordinate inter-branch transfers to maintain service levels.
• Prevent stockouts and excess inventory through proactive management.
• Monitor vehicle inventory replenishments for accuracy and compliance.
