Job summary

A1 Garage Door is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator in Phoenix to manage daily material purchasing and ensure steady material flow to warehouses and field technicians. You will order inventory and non-inventory items, track deliveries, and support onboarding by replenishing initial stock for new vehicles.

Responsibilities include PO creation, supplier coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with Warehouse Leads and Inventory managers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in purchasing, inventory or supply chain support.
• CRM/ERP system proficiency (ServiceTitan a preferred)
• Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication across departments and vendors.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders for inventory and non-inventory items.
• Source materials from approved suppliers and obtain competitive pricing.
• Monitor replenishment levels and place orders to maintain minimums.
• Process PSO requests and ensure timely order placement and delivery.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to warehouse/field teams.
• Confirm deliveries are recorded for PO closeout.
