Job summary

Healthfirst is seeking a Procurement Intelligence Analyst to transform procurement, supplier, and financial data into actionable insights that guide category strategy and executive decision-making.

You will develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports, enable spend visibility, and support market intelligence and AI-enabled analytics initiatives in a hybrid NYC office arrangement.

Collaborate with Finance, Category Management, Vendor Management, and the COE to advance value realization and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; 3–5 years in procurement analytics or BI.
• Proficient with Excel and BI tools.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
• Hybrid work schedule with NYC office presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve procurement dashboards and executive reporting.
• Establish and monitor procurement KPIs such as savings, spend, and contract compliance.
• Translate complex procurement data into clear insights for leadership.
• Support category management, vendor management, and finance with analytics.
• Partner with Digital Transformation to advance AI-enabled analytics.
