Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in business/ops.
• Minimum 5 years in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement, or supplier management.
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle, supplier management, and outsourcing models.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies for services aligned to enterprise objectives.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives including market analysis, RFx, supplier evaluation, and contract awards.
• Negotiate terms that maximize value while managing risk across financial, legal, and operational dimensions.
• Manage supplier relationships, drive performance reviews, and implement improvement plans.
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver integrated procurement solutions and governance throughout the lifecycle.
