Job summary

Healthfirst is seeking a Procurement Intelligence Analyst to transform procurement, supplier, financial, and operational data into actionable insights. You will partner with Category Management, Vendor Management, and Finance to deliver dashboards, performance reporting, and market intelligence.

You will develop and maintain spend visibility, KPIs, and executive reporting while advancing AI-enabled analytics and predictive insights in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, supply chain, data analytics or related field.
• 3–5 years in procurement analytics, BI, finance, or related analytics.
• Advanced Excel and BI tools experience (Power BI or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, problem solving, data viz, financial modeling, and communication skills.
• Experience building dashboards, KPIs, executive reporting, and insights from complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Hybrid work schedule requiring in-person at 100 Church Street NYC every Tue, Wed & Thu.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise procurement dashboards, reports, and executive dashboards.
• Establish and monitor procurement KPIs including savings, spend coverage, contract compliance, and supplier performance.
• Translate complex procurement data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting for governance forums, category reviews, and vendor management.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, timeliness, and reliable data sources.
