CB&I is seeking an Expeditor to initiate and maintain contact with vendors after PO award to keep deliveries on schedule. You will coordinate with engineering, operations, and estimating, issue initial vendor communications, and monitor progress throughout order execution.

The role emphasizes HSE adherence, problem solving, and professional communication with vendors and internal teams to resolve delays and optimize performance.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience, or entry-level with a related degree.
• Understanding of supplier relations and procurement processes.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements if selected.

Mansioni

• Initiate and maintain contact with vendors after PO award to ensure on‑schedule delivery.
• Issues initial contact email to vendors listing requirements and key contacts.
• Monitor PO issuance and follow up with vendors to ensure schedule and deliverables.
• Coordinate with CB&I Logistics near shipment for proper pickup and delivery.
• Oversee order closeout, payments, and receiving of goods in the system.
• Escalate vendor issues internally to keep vendors on schedule.
• Maintain detailed vendor status notes in reporting systems.
• Represent the department in cross‑functional meetings.
