Job summary

Enerflex is seeking a Procurement Expeditor to drive expediting activities for critical materials and equipment within its Engineered Systems unit. You will collaborate with vendors, monitor delivery dates in SAP, and provide status reports to project teams.

• 2-4 years’ experience with SAP-MM or similar ERP system.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years procurement experience in manufacturing of engineered products.
• Knowledge of mechanical accessory components and equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with outside vendors and service providers to coordinate projects and deliverables to meet production and on-site schedules.
• Prepare and provide expediting reports to project team/manager to communicate status of equipment and materials.
• Update purchase orders in SAP with correct delivery dates as needed.
• Resolve material discrepancies on shipments from suppliers.
• Facilitate repair or replacement of defective materials.
• Monitor supplier performance.
• Maintain knowledge of local factory representatives and authorized distributors.
• Maintain current published price lists and discount schedules.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
