Ladders is seeking a Procurement Enablement Program Manager to guide cross-functional procurement transformations remotely. The role partners with Legal, Finance, InfoSec, and HR to streamline workflows and drive enterprise-wide adoption of new processes across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years leading diverse teams, strong executive communication, and familiarity with procurement technologies and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs across diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle.
• Experience as a procurement practitioner is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern procurement technologies and emerging AI capabilities.
• Project management certification (PMP or Agile) is a plus.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Procurement Enablement Program Manager / Bilingual / Remote to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This role will guide cross-functional procurement transformation efforts and improvement projects, ensuring program execution is aligned with enterprise priorities. The position will partner closely with Legal, Finance, InfoSec, and HR stakeholders to streamline workflows, support global adoption of new processes, and strengthen operating discipline across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring strong program leadership, executive communication skills, and experience working across diverse teams to deliver measurable operational improvements.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
