Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Procurement Enablement Program Manager to guide cross-functional procurement transformations remotely. The role partners with Legal, Finance, InfoSec, and HR to streamline workflows and drive enterprise-wide adoption of new processes across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years leading diverse teams, strong executive communication, and familiarity with procurement technologies and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs across diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle.
• Experience as a procurement practitioner is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern procurement technologies and emerging AI capabilities.
• Project management certification (PMP or Agile) is a plus.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of cross-functional procurement transformations and improvement projects.
• Serve as project lead for procurement initiatives within broader enterprise programs.
• Streamline workflows and drive global adoption of new operational processes.
• Communicate project status and performance metrics to executive management.
• Ensure alignment with Legal, Finance, InfoSec, and HR partners.
