You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve cycle times, standardize workflows, and ensure audit-ready execution in a high-volume environment. Coaching a team and driving continuous improvement are key aspects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in procurement, finance operations, or supply chain.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience managing PR, PO, and CO workflows in enterprise settings.
• Knowledge of governance, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, or related field.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Procurement Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will lead procurement operations with a strong emphasis on governance, internal controls, and process discipline across the PR-to-PO lifecycle. You will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve cycle times, standardize workflows, and ensure audit-ready execution in a high-volume enterprise environment. The position also includes coaching a team, resolving escalations, and driving continuous improvement across procurement operations.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $178,103 – $237,471 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead daily procurement operations while ensuring compliance with governance standards
• Coach and develop a team of procurement operations managers and specialists
• Implement internal controls and audit-readiness processes in alignment with leadership expectations
• Serve as the escalation point for complex procurement issues
• Oversee the end-to-end PR-to-PO lifecycle and drive cycle-time improvements
• Standardize procurement workflows and ensure policy alignment before PO issuance
• Administer change order processes and monitor trends for improvement opportunities
