Job summary

Talismatic is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead the end-to-end deployment of our procurement SaaS platform for global clients. You will own the lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live, translating business needs into scalable configurations and integrations.

You will drive adoption of AI-driven features, collaborate with product and data teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure value realization for Fortune 1000 customers while working across US time zones.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of SaaS implementation experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Strong experience with S2P or P2P processes.
• Hands-on platform configuration and ERP integrations.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Basware or similar.
• Willingness to work in US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of automation, chatbots, and AI assistants within procurement processes.
• Analyze client data to recommend data-driven optimizations and process improvements.
• Contribute to defining AI use cases, solution design, and value realization frameworks.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, GenAI, and automation within procurement and enterprise SaaS.

We are looking for an Senior Implementation Consultant with expertise in eProcurement implementation. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in end-to-end implementation of procurement software and a strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions like SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Basware, Jaggaer, or similar platforms.

In this role, you will lead complex, global implementations for Fortune 1000 enterprises, driving successful deployment, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. You will also play a key role in enabling AI-driven procurement transformation, leveraging intelligent automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.

Job Overview

As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of our procurement SaaS platform. You will work closely with clients, product teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, integrated, and intelligent procurement solutions.

You will also contribute to embedding AI capabilities into procurement workflows, enhancing efficiency, decision-making, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end implementation of procurement SaaS solutions for global clients.

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.

• Configure and customize the platform to align with client-specific procurement processes.

• Drive integration with ERP and third-party systems using APIs and middleware.

Client Engagement & Enablement

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on procurement transformation and best practices.

AI & Digital Transformation Initiatives

• Collaborate with product and data teams to implement AI-powered features such as:

  • Intelligent invoice processing and automation

  • Predictive spend analytics and insights

  • Supplier risk scoring and recommendation engines

• Identify opportunities to embed AI/ML into procurement workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making.

• Drive adoption of automation, chatbots, and AI assistants within procurement processes.

• Analyze client data to recommend data-driven optimizations and process improvements.

• Contribute to defining AI use cases, solution design, and value realization frameworks.

• Stay current with advancements in AI, GenAI, and automation within procurement and enterprise SaaS.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Project Management.

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.

• Support pre-sales activities, including solution demos and client workshops, where required.

Experience

• 6-10 years of experience in SaaS implementation, preferably in procurement or supply chain solutions.

• Strong expertise in S2P and P2P processes.

• Hands-on experience with platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Basware, or similar.

• Proven experience in system configuration, customization, and ERP integrations.

• Exposure to APIs, data integration, and cloud technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with AI/ML-enabled enterprise applications or automation tools.

• Understanding of data analytics, reporting, and visualization tools.

• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall project methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
