Qualifications

Responsibilities

• SAP/ERP: Maintain purchase orders, supplier confirmations, delivery dates, and supply-chain data
• Data Accuracy: Review large volume of transactional data, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
• Excel: Strong Microsoft Excel skills for tracking, analyzing, and reporting data
• Supplier Communication: Contact suppliers to confirm delivery dates and commitments
• Procurement & Supply Chain: Support purchasing, inventory, shortage tracking, planning, and customer delivery
• Reporting: Create and distribute shortage, supplier performance, and purchasing reports
• Organization: Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple task
