Job summary

Flow is seeking a Logistics Manager to support the commercial lifecycle of real estate development projects. You will perform quantification, cost estimation, and procurement coordination to keep projects within approved budgets.

Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, manage contract administration, and coordinate with suppliers and site teams to ensure timely material delivery. The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in quantity surveying or procurement and strong BIM/technical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying required.
• 5–8+ years in quantity surveying and/or procurement.
• Experience in mid- to large-scale real estate development.
• Multi-disciplinary take-off: Civil, Interior, MEP.
• Familiarity with international contract forms, incl. FIDIC.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel; BIM standards a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and assist in BOQ and cost estimates.
• Review drawings, specs, and scope of works.
• Monitor costs, budgets, and variations.
• Support interim valuations, payments, and final accounts.
• Maintain procurement records and cost documentation.
• Source and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare RFQs and obtain quotations; track responses.
• Prepare technical and commercial comparison statements.
• Assist with PO and subcontract issuance.
• Coordinate with site/planning teams for timely deliveries.
• Liaise with engineers, site teams, consultants, and vendors.
• Track procurement status and logs.
