Job summary

Flow is seeking a Procurement and FF&E Manager to drive cost control and material procurement across real estate development projects in the Miami area. You will perform precise quantity take-offs, prepare BOQs, and coordinate FF&E procurement to keep projects within approved budgets.

You will review drawings and specifications, manage supplier bids, and maintain documentation while coordinating with engineers, site teams, and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and accurate cost records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 5–8+ years of experience in quantity surveying and/or procurement.
• Experience in mid- to large-scale real estate development.
• Multi-disciplinary quantity take-off experience (Civil, Interior, MEP).
• Familiarity with international contract forms, including FIDIC.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel; BIM standards knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and assist in BOQ and cost estimates.
• Support FF&E procurement and coordination, including take-offs, supplier sourcing, quotation comparisons, and delivery tracking.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope of works.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations.
• Prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts.
• Maintain records of quantities, costs, and project documentation.
• Source and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare RFQs and follow up for quotations and responses.
• Prepare technical and commercial comparison statements.
• Assist with purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Coordinate with site and planning teams for timely material delivery.
• Liaise with engineers, site teams, consultants, and vendors.
• Track procurement status and cost records.
