Job summary

RedBuilt LLC is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to prepare, monitor, and coordinate purchase orders for customers and internal manufacturing needs. You will use Microsoft Platform and NetSuite ERP to monitor inventory and ordering, ensuring on-time material deliveries.

Qualifications

• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• 2+ years in manufacturing, supply chain procurement or related field.

Responsibilities

• Demand Monitoring: Review reports to order materials for just-in-time purchasing and decide on orders based on vendor lead time and delivery dates.
• Place and Manage Purchase Orders: Create POs, communicate with vendors, monitor open orders and follow up as required.
• Cross Functional Support: Coordinate with scheduling, logistics, accounts payable and other team members to ensure proper procedures and timely deliveries.
