Job summary

RedBuilt is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to prepare, monitor, and coordinate purchase orders for materials and internal needs, using Microsoft platforms and NetSuite ERP. You will help ensure on-time deliveries and support a small, collaborative supply chain team.

This full-time Boise-based role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience in manufacturing or procurement. A supportive benefits package accompanies the position.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• 2+ years in manufacturing, supply chain procurement, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review reports to order materials for just-in-time purchasing.
• Create and manage purchase orders; monitor open orders and vendor communications.
• Coordinate with scheduling, logistics, receiving, AP, and other teams to ensure proper procedures.
• Proactively communicate supply chain issues and participate in solutions.
