Job summary

Paws Up Montana is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator based in Las Vegas, NV, to manage procurement operations, source goods, and negotiate with vendors under the Purchasing Manager's guidance. You will handle end-to-end purchasing workflows, track inventory, and ensure timely deliveries for luxury standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of buying experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with procurement systems.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years purchasing experience in a diverse product range.
• Strong understanding of purchasing lifecycle and three-bid sourcing.
• Excellent negotiation, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with enterprise procurement systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Enter, process, expedite, and track purchase requests and POs using SpendMap.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers to optimize quality and cost.
• Maintain inventory par levels across multiple areas.
• Reconcile invoices and track orders with suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet supply needs.
• Maintain organized PO files and vendor databases.
• Perform ad-hoc projects as directed.
