Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of purchasing experience handling a diverse range of product categories.
• Deep understanding of purchasing lifecycle, competitive three-bid processes, PO management, and contract negotiation.
• Strong negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enter, process, expeditе, and track purchase requests and POs from initial order to final delivery using SpendMap.
• Conduct three-bid sourcing and negotiate pricing for quality and cost efficiency of supplies.
• Maintain inventory par levels across operational areas, focusing on guest supplies and equipment.
• Establish and maintain positive supplier relationships while reconciling invoices and tracking orders.
• Collaborate with internal departments and executives to resolve procurement inquiries and meet delivery timelines.
• Maintain organized records, PO files, and vendor databases for compliance and efficiency.
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Purchasing Manager.
