Job summary

PS is redefining private travel with luxury hospitality at major airports and expanding to new markets. We seek a Procurement Coordinator to handle inventory processes, restock areas, and manage vendor shipments with strong communication and organizational skills.

The role requires flexibility for a 24-hour operation, offers full-time employment, and provides benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Move and manage inventory, restock storage areas, and maintain organization.
• Receive vendor shipments and communicate with vendors.
• Record expiration dates and support inventory counts across departments.
• Coordinate procurement activities and help develop procurement systems.
• Create and place purchase orders and work with Finance as needed.
• Lead procurement clerks where applicable.
