Job summary

This role offers a pay range of $38-$45/hour, per diem of $900/week for days worked if all qualifications are met, and a 6/10 schedule. Ideal candidates are organized, capable of independent work, and flexible for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a procurement log inclusive of submittal approvals, engineering review process and manufacturing delivery.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Scheduling departments to ensure material deliveries align with installation milestones.
• Track purchase orders and vendor commitments.
• Expedite critical materials and long-lead items.
• Coordinate submittal approvals with procurement activities.
• Monitor delivery schedules and status reports.
• Support pricing and change order requests.
• Coordinate with Quality and Commissioning Manager on equipment preservation procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors to receive operation and maintenance manuals for all MMR installed equipment.
• Coordinate supply risks to project leadership.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and upper management.
