Job summary

ACO Group is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to manage procurement of materials, components, and services for production. You will coordinate POs, maintain supplier relationships, and work with accounting to resolve invoice discrepancies.

The role requires 2+ years in purchasing in a manufacturing setting, strong negotiation and organizational skills, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems. Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of purchasing/ procurement experience in manufacturing.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's in Business, SCM preferred.
• Strong negotiation, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/MRP systems.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase materials and supplies for production.
• Issue purchase orders per company policies.
• Monitor open POs for on-time delivery; resolve issues.
• Develop supplier relationships for reliability and cost savings.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, lead times with suppliers.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, logistics, inventory.
• Maintain purchasing records and pricing data in ERP.
• Reconcile invoices with accounting; resolve discrepancies.
• Support process improvements in purchasing and supply chain.
