Crown Technical Systems in Dallas, TX is seeking a Materials Coordinator to coordinate and expedite material flow to meet production schedules. The role reports to the Planning Supervisor and requires collaboration with Buyers, Planners, and production teams.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM. Candidates should have a High School Diploma, 1+ year of related experience, and strong computer skills; bilingual candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• 1+ years in planning, customer service, production, inventory, logistics or expediting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook).
• MRP/ERP systems experience preferred.
• Typing 120 WPM preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with Buyers and Planners to ensure material needs of production are met.
• Follow up with vendors and buyers regarding lead times and track materials; coordinate delivery dates.
• Resolve items showing shortages with purchasing and engineering.
• Update material status and ETAs in the ERP system.
• Notify internal teams of issues and material shortages affecting production.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
