The successful candidate is highly organized, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple moving pieces while maintaining standards and documentation. Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace is expected.

• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
• Evaluate supplier performance on quality, delivery, cost.
• Resolve issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices on time.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages/overstocking.
• Support Senior Project Manager with project needs.
• Maintain procurement records and contracts.
• Organize department files and project tools.
• Keep up with market trends and industry best practices.
