Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the Contracts Management System, including training and reporting.
• Create, develop, and execute contract documents (MOUs/MOAs) with regulatory compliance.
• Provide ongoing contract administration with end users, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Guide purchasing methods, sources of supply, and ensure policy compliance.
