• Conduct and manage RFPs, RFIs, RFSs, RFBs, RFQs; draft and negotiate contracts.
• Support system-office and system-wide procurement activities, including supplier performance and contract renewals.
• Oversee record retention, audits, and budget compliance; assist with special projects.
