Job summary

Arvato is seeking a mid-level corporate attorney (2–7 years of experience) to join its Legal Department in Boston, New York, Memphis, or Louisville. The role focuses on procurement, vendor agreements, and other commercial contracts while collaborating with procurement, finance, and business teams.

You will draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, NDAs, and software licenses; provide practical legal advice on risk allocation and terms; and support with compliance, employment, and policy matters as

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. state bar preferred.
• 2–7 years of hands-on legal experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate procurement and commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and software licenses.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract interpretation, risk allocation, and commercial terms.
