Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager, Procurement – COE in Shelton, CT to lead the development of the Procurement Center of Excellence. You will own analytics, technology platforms, and governance to drive EBITDA improvements across categories and geographies.

Reporting to the VP of Procurement, you will build dashboards, manage data quality, and partner with FP&A, IT, and Legal to scale procurement capabilities and sustain savings delivery.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain analytics, finance, or tech closely connected to procurement.
• Experience building or managing spend analytics capability; data categorization, cleansing, and dashboards.
• Experience with enterprise procurement or spend analytics platforms (Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP Ariba, Spend HQ, Ivalua or similar).
• Designing and managing finance-validated savings tracking processes.
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting for VP/CFO/CEO audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of Procurement’s digital stack.
• Own governance standards, policy documentation, and reporting infrastructure.
