Job summary

Lime Media Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage procurement, vendor logistics, and client communication cadence for assigned builds. You will ensure materials arrive on spec, on time, and with clear progress updates, supporting PMs and learning from seasoned professionals.

This role focuses on execution and cadence rather than scope decisions, with opportunities to grow into project management by coordinating cross-functional tasks and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience or equivalent internships in project support for construction, fabrication, or production environment.
• Experience with experiential marketing, set design, branded environments, or events production is a strong plus, not a requirement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and purchasing with accuracy under deadline pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to track budgets, receipts, and documentation without things slipping through the cracks.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate consistently and proactively with clients and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and report on work.
• Google Workspace and project management software experience.

Responsibilities

• Client communication cadence — Photo updates and client surveys go out on schedule, every week, without being chased.
• Procurement accuracy & budget adherence — Every item procured matches scope and spec, stays within budget, and is documented with receipts, returns, and refunds handled cleanly.
• On-time fulfillment — Pack lists are complete and accurate ahead of kickoff; procured items arrive in line with the production schedule.
• Receiving & QC — Every incoming order is verified, damage-checked, and photo-documented before it reaches the shop floor.
