Qualifications

• Three years of progressively responsible purchasing-clerical experience or other related office-clerical experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process contracts and purchase orders.
• Provide technical support in gathering information and expediting purchase order deliveries.
• Contact district staff and vendors to follow up on contracting issues, overdue, lost, and damaged materials.
• Provide customer service information to internal and external customers.
