Job summary

Aecon Concessions is seeking a Procurement Business Analyst in Charlotte, NC to transform fragmented procure-to-pay data into reliable management tools for EPC projects. You will own dashboards, KPI frameworks, and governance, enabling proactive cost, schedule, and risk management across the U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
3+ years of analytical experience; 5–7 years preferred.
Strong Excel and Power BI skills with data extraction experience from ERP systems.
Ability to translate business needs into data models, dashboards, and controls.

Responsibilities

Own and improve EPC procurement dashboards, scorecards, and reporting in Power BI and Excel.
Analyze spend, commitments, POs, invoices, vendors, funding, and performance to identify leakage and opportunities.
Provide operating reviews and analysis for Procurement Leadership and project teams.
Establish a governed KPI framework for sourcing, PO cycle time, and invoice performance.
