Job summary

The role reports to the Procurement Manager/Director and requires 100% on-site work at the Astoria, Queens office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret procurement data including spend analysis and supplier performance.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations to support decision-making.
