Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Procurement Analyst to join a virtual team and drive cost savings through data-driven insights. You will analyse spend, evaluate supplier performance, and support negotiations in a fully remote role.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Finance and 4+ years in procurement or data analysis, with advanced Excel and data visualization skills. Remote collaboration and independence are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in procurement, supply chain, finance, or data analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling).
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
• Familiarity with ERP and e-procurement platforms.
• Strong remote collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and supplier consolidation.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for procurement activities and supplier performance.
• Support sourcing by providing data and insights for strategic initiatives and category strategies.
• Analyse market trends, commodity prices, and economic factors impacting costs.
• Assist in evaluating supplier proposals, bids, and tenders.
• Monitor and report supplier performance against contracts and SLAs.
• Identify and assess supply chain risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support negotiations by providing analytical data and cost modelling.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reports for senior management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools.
