Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
• Experience in corporate or manufacturing procurement/sourcing preferred.
• Familiarity with supplier relationship management and performance evaluation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate capabilities, pricing, and service offerings.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement in sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives that align with the business objectives.
• Develop, improve, and monitor supplier performance metrics and conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and sourcing strategies to stakeholders.
• Support negotiations with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and conditions while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Procurement activities to include but not limited to PO placement, date management, BO review, weekly and monthly reports and analytics.
