Overview :

DoorDash is seeking a contingent worker who can support the procurement team to review and work on contracts, and to have the experience in working in a fast paced environment / role.

Job Duties :

• Own contract review on small to medium contracts
• Communicate and partner effectively with internal stakeholders (business partners and legal team)
• Negotiate with vendors to finalize MSA / SOW
• Guide internal stakeholders to follow procurement processes and policy compliance
• Own low dollar sourcing for projects

Preferred experience :

• Minimum of 2-3 years of sourcing / indirect procurement experience
• Category specialist with experience in IT software (SaaS) category
• Excellent communication and responsiveness, frequent use of slack / other chat tools
• Proactive and flexible to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
• Eagerness to quickly learn and subsequently drive project ownership
