Job description

FloQast is looking for a Procurement Analyst to support the company's full procure-to-pay (P2P) process. In this entry-level role, you’ll manage supplier onboarding, create purchase orders, resolve invoice issues, and help negotiate low-risk contracts under $50K. Ideal for someone early in their career with experience using Coupa or a similar P2P tool.

* Please note this will be a 1099 fixed term US-based remote contract

What You'll Do

1. Own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle in Coupa, including supplier onboarding, requisition review, purchase order creation, contract execution, and invoice troubleshooting.
2. Guide business stakeholders through FloQast’s decentralized purchasing process, ensuring compliance with procurement and finance policies.
3. Communicate directly with vendors to obtain quotes, pricing, and documentation.
4. Negotiate pricing and terms for low-risk vendor agreements (typically under $50K).
