Job summary

Boeing is seeking a Procurement Agent to join the Fabrication - Electrical Wiring & Integration Team in Everett, WA. The role involves partnering across Contracts, Category Management, Engineering, and Fabrication to manage wire bundle categories and supplier performance in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

The successful candidate will drive improvements in the supply chain, lead supplier recovery efforts, and support program and commodity strategies within Boeing Fabrication and Airplane

• Ability to interpret delivery, quality, capacity, and cost data and communicate findings clearly.
• Fluent in Spanish, both verbal and written.
• Willing to travel both domestically and internationally.

Job Summary

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Procurement Agent to join the Fabrication - Electrical Wiring & Integration Team in Everett, Washington. In this position you will support the Wire Bundle category and be located in Everett, while working in a team split between our Everett and Charleston sites.

This role will require you to integrate and partner with BCA Contracts, Category Management, Engineering, and Fabrication teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in wire bundle or electrical component categories, experience in Supply Chain Operations, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while collaborating effectively with business partners as part of an integrated team.

In this role you will drive performance improvements across the Supply Chain—eliminating shortages to the Boeing Fabrication production system and contributing to the broader Boeing production flow from Fabrication to the end customer. You will lead change, inspire suppliers and Supply Chain teams that provide diverse parts and assemblies to our global Fabrication Divisions, and help connect the external supply chain to Boeing Fabrication and Airplane Programs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

Minimum Education Required

High School/GED

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in procurement, supplier management, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related technical environment
• Working knowledge of technical drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and processes
• Ability to interpret delivery, quality, capacity, and cost data and communicate findings clearly
• Strong problem-solving, project-management, and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in Spanish, both verbal and written
• Willing to travel both domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience developing and tracking supplier recovery plans, including milestones, owners, and due dates
• Familiarity with supplier quality tools and methods, such as root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive action, and continuous improvement

Summary Pay Range

Washington: $74,800 - $101,200
