Boeing is seeking a Procurement Agent to join the Fabrication - Electrical Wiring & Integration Team in Everett, WA. The role involves partnering across Contracts, Category Management, Engineering, and Fabrication to manage wire bundle categories and supplier performance in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

The successful candidate will drive improvements in the supply chain, lead supplier recovery efforts, and support program and commodity strategies within Boeing Fabrication and Airplane

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in procurement, supplier management, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related technical environment.
• Ability to interpret delivery, quality, capacity, and cost data and communicate findings clearly.
• Fluent in Spanish, both verbal and written.
• Willing to travel both domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators.
• Develop processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.
• Communicates critical initiatives, projects or procurement activities.
• Develop and implement plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies.
• Develop cross-functional process management activities.
• Develop efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs.
• Analyzes supplier and business processes to identify improvement opportunities and incorporate into strategies.
• Acts as primary point of contact between External Supply Chain and BCA Fabrication Business Units.
• Integrates with Fabrication Manufacturing Business Units and Supply Chain Core to address any help needed.
• Metric/data tracking – daily external shortage summary.
• Support supplier recovery actions and complete shortage reduction strategies.
• Assist with preparing executive presentations.
• Support rate readiness actions.
