Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator for a 1-year contract based in the United States. The role supports the Procure to Pay process, resolving invoice issues and maintaining vendor data.

• Experience collaborating with suppliers and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure policy compliance.
• Correct vendor invoices that do not match Purchase Orders.
• Process vendor banking changes in the ERP system to update payments.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of invoice and vendor interactions.
• Create reports on invoice discrepancies for management review.
