Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator based in Florida for a 1-year contract. The role supports the Procure to Pay process, resolving vendor information and payment issues, and collaborating with Accounts Payable, Vendor Maintenance, and Procurement teams.

Onsite reporting to the local manager. The ideal candidate holds an associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field, with experience in supply chain administration and strong vendor communication

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, or finance administrative role preferred.
• Experience working with suppliers and external communications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve invoice discrepancies per company policies.
• Correct vendor invoice submissions not matching POs.
• Manage freight handling invoice discrepancies.
• Update vendor banking changes in ERP to reflect payments.
