Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator for a 1-year contract based in the United States. The role supports the Procure to Pay process, resolving invoice issues and maintaining vendor data.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of invoice and vendor interactions.
• Create reports on invoice discrepancies for management review.

Opportunity Overview

Supply Chain Administrator based in Juno Beach, FL. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) You will a critical support role in the Procure to Pay process. You will work with the procurement organization to resolve vendor information and payment issues. You will work with team members (Accounts Payable, Vendor Maintenance and Procurement) as well with the active supplier base supporting the business. You will report to the onsite manager.

Your Day-to-Day

• Review and resolve invoice discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Address and correct vendor invoice submissions that do not match Purchase Orders.
• Manage freight handling invoice discrepancies with relevant team members.
• Process vendor banking changes in the Purchaser's ERP system to update payment information.
• Collaborate with vendors and other teams to resolve issues and ensure payment of invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of all invoice and vendor interactions.
• Support the Supply Chain department with administrative tasks related to invoice and vendor information management records.
• Create reports on invoice discrepancies and vendor issues for management review.
• Explain processes, requirements, and next steps to suppliers in simple, helpful terms
• Detail‑oriented when reviewing supplier documentation and onboarding requirements

Who You Are

• We prefer an associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; we require a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience an administrative role within a supply chain, procurement, or finance department.
• Experience working directly with suppliers; comfortable with external communication
• Customer‑service mindset.
• Can explain processes, requirements, and next steps to suppliers in simple, helpful terms
• You can anticipate supplier questions or roadblocks

The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $20.00/hr. to $23.00/hr.
