Job summary

You will support procure-to-pay processes, resolve invoice discrepancies, and collaborate with Accounts Payable, Procurement, and suppliers to ensure timely payments.

The role requires strong communication with suppliers, attention to detail, and experience in supply chain or finance admin. An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business/finance (preferred).
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, or finance admin.
• Experience working with suppliers and external communications.
• Ability to explain processes to suppliers in simple terms.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve invoice discrepancies per policy.
• Correct vendor invoice submissions matching Purchase Orders.
• Manage freight invoice discrepancies with teams.
• Update payment info in the Purchaser's ERP system.
