Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking an experienced Trainer to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive end-user and super-user training across Procore and SAP Project Systems. You will collaborate with process owners, consultants, and leadership to ensure employees are prepared to use Procore and related delivery solutions.

The role focuses on Procore functional training within an enterprise transformation program, with SAP S/4HANA Project Systems training as a secondary responsibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Procore functional training, implementation, or administration experience.
• Experience supporting at least one full Procore rollout or enterprise system implementation.
• Strong understanding of construction project delivery and ERP business processes.
• Experience developing learning materials using Microsoft Office and digital adoption platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end-user and super-user training for Procore and SAP modules.
• Create instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning content and materials.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and train-the-trainer programs.
• Coach and enable super users and local champions to ensure adoption.
