Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking an experienced Trainer to design, develop, and deliver end-user and super-user training focused on Procore and SAP PS across an enterprise transformation program.

The role partners with process owners, consultants, and project leadership to ensure employees are proficient in Procore and related project delivery solutions, including hands-on learning materials and assessments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Procore functional training, implementation, or administration experience.
• Experience supporting at least one full Procore rollout or enterprise system implementation.
• Strong understanding of construction project delivery and ERP business processes.
• Experience developing learning materials using Microsoft Office and digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe or similar).
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end-user and super-user training for Procore and SAP PS.
• Create instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning content and job aids.
• Conduct training needs assessments and build role-based learning paths.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and train-the-trainer programs.
• Monitor learner adoption and measure training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with process owners and project leadership to align training with milestones.
• Support change management activities and communications.
