Job summary

Clayco is seeking an experienced Procore Support Engineer to join our centralized team in St. Louis. You will manage Procore across multiple instances, ensuring enterprise-wide governance, user support, and alignment with Clayco standards.

The role requires collaboration with project teams and system administrators to optimize Procore usage, facilitate rollouts, and maintain governance across the platform. Strong documentation and multi-instance support experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting construction technology systems, preferably Procore.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to produce clear, structured technical documentation and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration of Procore and user permissions.
• Support end users through ticket resolution and guidance, with escalation handling.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate maintenance with Procore support.
• Assist with updates, new features, and rollout planning.
• Standardize processes through tool configuration to ensure enterprise-wide consistency.
• Create and maintain internal documentation and work instructions.
